Subject: TCP access?

Hi Folks!
I'm a new Postgres95 user and beginner in databases adm.
I just have 3 little questions:
1. I wanted to install a database server and access to it via a local ethernet
network. How can i tell the msql program that my postmaster is running on an
other machine and not at 'localhost' on port '5432' ?
2. Are there restriction in storing large pictures in POSTGRES95?
3. Is there a reference manual for this product? Or man pages for postmaster or
psql binaries?
Thank you.
Barrou
