I picked up a port of postgres (4.0.1) on aix. It compiled pretty clean but
at the end, it gave the following message:

	Compiling demo files...
        	cc  -Daix -I../src/lib/H -c circle.c
	Compiling video demo files...
	done
	 
	Initializing template database...
	FATAL 1:Nov 18 17:50:00:Database template1 does not exist in pg_database
 
	Cleaning up...
	Installation complete.
	done


Any tips on what could be wrong ?
