I have been writing a new application in postgres. While adding over 13,000 records to my database, postgres crashed. TWICE. Each time the system was restored to prior to my test. My code is suspect by others. I am not sure. pg_time and pg_log grew to very large values. Upon research, I have found that several of you have experienced similar problems. Is there anyway to reduce these values or solve the problem. I am on hold on my project until we can find a solution, as to not impact the other users of postgres. Any help would be greatly appreciated. morris ============================================================================== To add/remove yourself to/from the POSTGRES mailing list: send mail with the subject line ADD or DEL to "postgres-request@postgres.Berkeley.EDU".
