section 15.4 of the user manual includes several example
administrative queries, including:

retrieve (class_name = c.relname)
      from c in pg_class
      where c.relkind = 'r'      /* no indices */
        and c.relname !~ "^pg_"  /* no catalogs */
      sort by class_name
