Hello,

Redirect me if this is the wrong place to ask, but per the
conversation at [1], I'm hoping to protect the following page on the
wiki in some fashion:

    https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Grease

I want the libpq client to link directly to this page during the PG19
beta, so it should probably not be open for public editing. (But if
there's a way to allow only committers to edit it, that would be
ideal. Let me know if there are other tools I'm missing.)
