I believe there's a comma where it shouldn't be;

SELECT indrelid::regclass::text, indexrelid::regclass::text, collname, pg_get_indexdef(indexrelid)

should be :

SELECT indrelid::regclass::text, indexrelid::regclass::text collname, pg_get_indexdef(indexrelid)
