The schedule is now online. New this year: Birds of a Feather (BoF). Registration is moving quickly.

The Swiss PGDay 2026 schedule is live at [2026.pgday.ch/schedule/](https://2026.pgday.ch/schedule/). Review two days of PostgreSQL sessions in English and German and plan your time in Rapperswil.

New this year, Birds of a Feather (BoF) adds a discussion-led format alongside the Poster Exhibition and Lightning Talks, creating more room for practical exchange across the PostgreSQL community.

- **Birds of a Feather (BoF) — Topics due 18 June 2026**: New this year: moderated discussions around shared PostgreSQL questions, practices, and real-world work. Propose a topic via [info@pgday.ch](mailto:info@pgday.ch). [Details.](https://2026.pgday.ch/call-for-papers/#bof)
- **Poster Exhibition — Topics due 8 June 2026**: Posters are welcome for research, extensions, tools, blog posts, and practical PostgreSQL use cases. Accepted posters will be displayed in the exhibition area and discussed during the extended coffee and poster break. Commercial advertisements and company or product presentations are not allowed. - **Lightning Talks — Short talks on day two**: Lightning Talks last no more than 5 minutes. Sign-up on the board during the conference remains the default path, and advance proposals can also be sent to [lt@pgday.ch](mailto:lt@pgday.ch) up to one week before the event to help new contributors prepare.
