Subject: Postgres DPX20 End

Hi,

Postgres 4.2 works on DPX20 of Bull too, using aix.
However, you will have to be sure the follwing steps are always
done:

1) get a copy of fmgr.h generated on solaris with postgres 4.2,
and when required during installation put it in src/backend/obj

2) you may install bmake as root or something else, but ALWAYS do
the "complete installation" with the user postgres !!!!!
(this assumes you make always a user postgres , group postgres)

(NEVER try bkinode , this will make you into trouble)

This suggest a bug in fmgr.h generation, and one in bkinode as you observe
before.

Enjoy DPX20 too,
(What about the NeXT ?)
