Hello ,
there are some sites which have a mirror or something like that of
 the s2k-ftp.cs.berkely.edu
Something like that because this mirrors are not complete and
 sometimes not up to date.
The following addresses I found at the zarquon Heidelberg:

Hannes Reinecke
     hare@zarquon.mathi.uni-heidelberg.de)

      ftp://ftp.vnet.net:/pub/postgres95 (courtesy of Ginger Lattav
lattav@vnet.net and Jason Wright

      ftp://tika.ndim.edrc.cmu.edu/pub/postgres95 (courtesy of Robert
Patrick

Mirrors of our web pages are available at the following URLs:

      http://www.vnet.net/postgres95
      http://tika.ndim.edrc.cmu.edu/postgres95/

At Heidelberg by example you can get postgres95.
I don't find on this mirrors the mailing list and the
list of patches.
