I am facing a problem with a program I have made. It
is a trouble ticket system that uses Postgres 4.2. When more
than on user tries to access a table an error is returned.
(I am using C and it happens in the middles og a transaction -
after the begin) Does Postgres accept concurrent transactions?
Has anybody experienced this problem before? Is PostgreSQL
better than 4.2? Should I use that version?

Marcelo
