Hi,

Would someone send me a pointer to basic information on Postgres.

I know very litle about it so anything will help

1)  Distribution/license policy.
2)  Where/how to get a copy
3)  List of features.
4)  Current status of the Postgres project.

I assume these types of questions are in a FAQ somewhere.  Just need
to know where.
