 paul forwarded your queston on libtp to me.  i was one of the authors
 of the package and of the usenix paper.
 
 margo and i released the access method code as the db(3) package for
 bsd; that's available now.  i'm not sure what the ftp address is, but
 you can get it from keith bostic (bostic@cs.berkeley.edu).  we never
 packaged the shared buffer manager for release.  i don't know if margo
 finished that work or not.
 
 margo's on the faculty at harvard now; her email address is
 margo@das.harvard.edu.  i encourage you to contact her directly for
 more info.  she's got a number of research projects going on, and may
 have dusted this work off for one of them.
