For the past couple of days I have tried to ftp some files 
from 
	postgres.berkeley.edu

and it seems to work but after it starts transfering the data 
it hangs and the connection is cut due to a timeout. 

Is this my problem or it is the postgres machine problem ? 

Has anybody else experience something similar lately?
