Subject: Calling "C" function from defined rule
To: postgres@postgres.berkeley.edu
Sender: pg_adm@postgres.berkeley.edu

I posted this question right before my machine crashed
for several days, so I don't know if anyone responded.

Is there a way to call a "C" function from a defined rule?
I need to call a "C" function, passing a tuple to the
function.

Please respond if you know how to do this.

Thanks,
